Join the Waitlist for Early-Bird Pricing and Priority Registration
Kosher Cooking Camp in Potomac is returning for Summer 2027! So many families have asked when camp would be back, and I’m excited to begin planning another summer filled with cooking, creativity, new foods, and plenty of delicious fun.
Some of my favorite summer memories are from Cooking Camp – watching kids gather around the kitchen, try new foods, learn new skills, and proudly share what they created. After four years away, I’m excited to begin imagining all of that again. I’d love your input as I refine which week – or weeks – and age groups to offer.
Camp will be offered one or more of the following weeks in 2027:
• June 14–18
• June 21–25
• June 28–July 2
This is an interest survey and waitlist, not registration or a final commitment. Families who join the waitlist will receive first access to registration and early-bird pricing, giving them the best opportunity to secure their preferred week.
Camp will take place Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in my kosher home kitchen in Potomac, Maryland. I am located close to Rockville, and in past years families have organized carpools from Kemp Mill and other neighborhoods in Silver Spring. Anticipated tuition for the five-day camp is $575 with early-bird pricing and $625 at the standard rate, including all food and craft supplies.
What happens at Cooking Camp?
Cooking Camp is about much more than following recipes. Campers cook together, build real kitchen skills, explore colorful new foods, and discover how creative cooking can be. Along the way, we mix in art projects, teamwork, and plenty of tasting. Will your camper earn a Master Taster Award? Campers leave each day proud of what they made and excited to share it (the actual food, along with their tales from the kitchen!) with their families. We balance cooking, arts & crafts, and time outside. There is usually a 1:3 staff to camper ratio.
**Reminder for the uninitiated: You never have to pack lunch or snacks. The kids make their own all week!**
What Campers Have to Say About Natasha’s Kosher Cooking Camp
This is the best food I’ve ever eaten.
I like eating delicious healthy food that I got to make myself!
It’s healthy but just as good as the unhealthy versions.
This is the best camp. I’m coming back every year!
This has made me so much less of a picky eater. I want to try everything…and I like it.
Camp Praise from Parents
She had the best week and is still talking about it!
I am ecstatic that my daughter will attend your camp again! She had such an amazing time and still talks about it.
Wow! My daughter said she had a blast – I can see why!
My daughter said EVERYTHING was delicious!
I am amazed by how enthusiastic and adventurous my “extremely picky eater” has been this week. Things she would not touch with a ten-foot pole in my house she came home raving about. [PS, her older siblings are not at all picky, so I have always been quite stymied by her – but apparently you have the magic touch]. :-)”
My son is learning a ton and really enjoying your camp!
My child loved the cooking camp! Thank you for creating such an amazing experience for all of them.
Wow, you made so many amazing, delicious and creative dishes, plus art work.
My son had a BLAST!
