It’s the 9 days before Tisha b’av when many observant Jews don’t eat meat. My whole website is a 9 days menu. However, this recipe is a showstopper: A beautiful platter with grilled tofu steaks, topped with watermelon and vegan (if you choose) feta salad, and a balsamic drizzle.
